It is the secret to effortlessly beautiful lashes without extensions or mascara. Nouveau Lashes innovated lash treatments in 2009 with their original LVL treatment. It creates the appearance of longer, thicker, and more voluminous lashes that last for up to 6–8 weeks through lifting, curling, and tinting your natural lashes from the root.
